Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our startup is growing fast and we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. This role will be based in Tallinn.

You will:

• Be responsible for finding amazing tech and non-tech talent and onboarding them.
• Work closely with the Head of People & Culture  on creating the next policies: talent management, employer branding, onboarding.
  

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Recruiting experience (ideally in the IT/Software market)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand the goals of the business
• Fluency in English
