Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Our startup is growing fast and we are looking for a hands-on enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team.
You will:
- Use your business and industry knowledge to research and find accounts/ key players, spark interest, identify compelling events, and develop accounts
- Work in collaboration with Growth & Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics against your assigned target accounts
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as execute outbound prospecting initiative
- Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Passion about growth and lead generation
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, other languages, such as Russian, French, any Baltic language is a plus
- Experience in the compliance/ FinTech/ RegTech or similar sector is a plus
- Experience in using lead generation tools and channels
- Knowledge and experience in using software, online tools, platforms, and different channels preferably in the IT field
- Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, marketing
- Exceptional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with a track record of proven successful achievements
