Head of Growth

Our startup is growing fast and we are looking for an awesome Head of Growth to join us.

You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company and build the marketing function from scratch. Starting in May/June 2022.

You will:

  • Take ownership of the marketing and growth roadmap creation. Meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Find the right channels for reaching our audience of decision-makers in Sales and Sales Enablement (we’re using Google Ads and Linkedin so far)
  • Define and analyze the metrics we use to measure and improve ROI throughout the entire funnel
  • Design, implement and analyze campaigns to attract, educate, and convert future customers across all stages of their journey
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to understand our customers and improve customer experience
  • Work with our Head of People on the employer branding and help attract talent
  • Develop and execute Vespia’s digital marketing strategy to meet the needs of our (potential) customers, partners, hires, and supporters
  • Own all aspects of content development and marketing including pitch decks, branding, website, and social media
  • Create and curate high-quality content and activities in all community platforms according to the social media & community strategy, and track KPIs to see whether it works as planned
  • Build and lead an awesome team of content creators, designers and growth hackers

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Very good experience working in growth marketing/ demand generation
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience in B2B startups from industries such as FinTech, RegTech or similar is a plus
  • Expertise working with Google Ads, SEO, and website optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to define hypotheses, measure performance quantitatively, and articulate results from data to make intelligent decisions and implement the strategy across the company
  • Hands-on experience building and managing marketing tools and the ability to quickly adopt new tooling on the fly
  • Experience working with SDRs on outbound prospecting and campaign alignment
  • Experience with startup and/or tech marketing and branding
  • Team building and management skills are a huge advantage, you also need to be a team player and have great communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, you have previously developed and executed digital marketing strategies
  • High creativity in producing content, and keeping up with the latest online phenomena and general discussions related to content production
